We’ve been flooded with Fraudulent Emails pretending to be CitiBank

We’ve received four fraudulent emails yesterday, all pretending to be from CitiBank. They had slightly different subject lines and senders, but they all had about the same text. Here is the email without the graphics. Our notes are in RED bold:
