It seems like one of the biggest battles in Business is Spam. We all spend too much time sorting through Spam. Here is a tool for Windows based computers. I used to have it and dearly miss it. Mail washer is a great product if you do not have your own domain name. If you do have your own domain name there is a better product available for you. It is a service provided by Red Condor and it filters ALL of your domain name mail very effectively. The way it works is that your domain mail is router through Red Condor before it reaches your servers whether you have an Exchange Server or using a POP server. No software is put on the client’s computer. There is a yearly subscription cost for these services depending on how many e-mail boxes you have. Our company and other reputable IT companies have partnered with Red Condor to fight the Spam issues our clients have had to deal with.
